Mike Johns handles commercial litigation in state and federal court, with a focus on commercial and contract disputes, construction, and real estate. He has a large litigation practice, representing a wide range of clients in lawsuits throughout Washington in both state and federal courts. He also represents owners, contractors and the Metropolitan Park District of Tacoma in all manner of construction and public works contracting, and represents a number of homeowner’s associations throughout Western Washington.
Mike represents a broad range of businesses, lenders, contractors and individuals. He has successfully litigated cases throughout Washington and in Idaho, Colorado and Oregon.
Mike is a member of the Washington State Bar, Construction and Environmental Law sections, as well as the Pierce County Bar Association.
Mike and his wife Kim enjoy traveling, are Seahawk season ticket holders and get to as many Cougar games as they can.
