Mike Johns handles commercial litigation in state and federal court, with a focus on commercial and contract disputes, construction, and real estate. He has a large litigation practice, representing a wide range of clients in lawsuits throughout Washington in both state and federal courts. He also represents owners, contractors and the Metropolitan Park District of Tacoma in all manner of construction and public works contracting, and represents a number of homeowner’s associations throughout Western Washington.

Michael’s practice emphasizes all aspects of general business, real estate, construction, and estate planning law. His business law practice includes serving as general business and corporate counsel, with extensive experience forming and advising business entities, and negotiating, drafting and reviewing all manner of commercial transactions. He also has extensive commercial litigation experience, representing businesses and individuals in major commercial and contract disputes at all levels of the state and federal courts in Washington. His real estate experience includes contract negotiation and drafting regarding the development, management, purchase and sale, and leasing of commercial and residential properties. Finally, Michael advises individuals and families on general estate planning matters, including drafting estate plan and business succession instruments, and handling the probating of estates.

Mark's practice focuses on the areas of corporate and business, real estate and municipal law. Mark has extensive experience in forming and advising business and professional entities, negotiating commercial transactions and the purchase and sale of medical and dental practices. He also represents owners and developers in real estate acquisition, planning and development, construction contracting, homeowner association formation and operation and environmental matters.
